Charlene has successfully finished the B.Sc (Hons) Business & IT, graduating in December 2018.
Her Final Year Project was on Analysing the Effectiveness of Pervasive Technologies Adopted for Health Monitoring Solutions. A study focusing on how pervasive technology can help Patients with Dementia in long-term care nursing homes as well as their caregivers. Various technologies were evaluated and compared to monitor the presence and physiological data of patients, as well as complementing the caregiver’s work and mitigating any present dangers, via the logging of any patient observations, to eventually build a history log.
